This policy covers the UMS Connect website (connect.uniquemedia-systems.com), including the Managed Service Plans pages. It explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information you provide
When you submit a request form — service requests, technology assessments, plan consultations, budgetary estimates or portal access requests — we collect the details you enter, such as your name, organization, email, phone number and a description of your needs.
Submissions are routed to internal review queues in UMS OS, our operations platform, where a UMS team member reviews them personally. Submitting a form does not automatically create a customer account, CRM record or billing transaction.
Analytics
We record lightweight, aggregate usage events — such as page views, button clicks and campaign parameters (for example src, rep or campaign values in a link you followed) — to understand how our printed materials and website perform. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your information. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to operate our website and operations platform, and only for that purpose.
